It won't be easy stopping this idiot and unfortunately there will always be somebody guillable enough to believe the rubbish that he spouts.

How can he guarantee his pups will be healthly if they are not health checked before mating.

We need to try and keep track of how many litters in a 12 month period he is breeding and how many bitches are actually owned by him, then with the proof report him for breeding without a licence. It won't stop him have up to 2 litters a year but hopefully it will slow down how many poor puppies he is able to churn out.

The bitch is called Iris...don't know where f**kwit got her but her name is so familiar. I hate him too hun but WHAT CAN WE DO???????????????????

If he is only breeding from two bitches and only having 2 litters in a 12 month period, then not a lot.

There is no law saying all dog must be health checked or registered with the Kennel Club, unless somebody sees the conditions they are kept in and it warrants a complaint to the council and RSPCA, he will continue.

Unfortunately there are plenty of people of the same ilk as Billy Smart. How do we stiop them? I dont know, I think that perhaps the answer is in educating jo public.

I have always said that I could have made a fortune from my last two male Danes. Advertise them for stud at a low fee and theyh would have had enquiries to be used on Danes of all colours, shapes and sizes.

Most dogs are owned by pet owners and so they go for the cheaper priced dogs not knowing that they can be buying heartache.

One day perhaps Billy Smart will slip up in someway but until then unfortunately there is nothing we can do to stop this thing (he can't be a living creature to act the way he does) from carrying on the way he does

Somebody needs to report him to his council for breeding without a licence, might also be useful if somebody could visit pretending to be a buyer, of course trying to keep your cool would be hard, but hopefully they would see something that could be used agains him, like the smell and living coniditions of the adults and puppies.

You need to get as many people as possible to write to his Environmental Health department of the local council and a visit by somebody, who could maybe take photos on their phone secretly would help as well.
